- Identification data: full name, father’s name, gender, ID card or passport number, tax identification number, date and place of birth.
- Contact data: postal and email addresses, landline, and mobile phone numbers.
- Economic, property, and family status data: profession, income, dependents, tax clearance, and other documents like E1 and E9.
- Data automatically collected from the user/client’s computer system: IP address and other technical information.
The collection and processing of personal data are necessary for defending the client’s interests, completing their legal case, and establishing our contractual relationship and billing. The client’s refusal to provide or process such data may prevent the initiation of legal actions or continuation of the collaboration.
Personal data are processed in paper or electronic form, following the security measures defined by the current legislation and kept in a specific file according to the applicable laws.
Our Office commits to not retaining personal data longer than necessary and ensures their secure deletion, in compliance with legal provisions.
We also implement policies for compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation, such as partner confidentiality agreements, office security policies, and a “clean desk” policy, including locking files and computers and protecting printouts.
